Dwayne is the pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. He serves as a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director for Pastoral Care for the network. In addition to pastoring Dwayne has a passion for developing the future generation of biblical counselors. He serves as a board director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous online publications as well as co-author on Christ Centered Biblical Counseling Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman and Viars). The wife of Dwayne Leslie has three children.
